Cure For Hemorrhoids The veins in the lower rectum or in or around the anus are inflamed and often also swollen in hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids in the anal area are external hemorrhoids and those inside the rectum are the internal ones. Individuals of below 50 years of age are affected. Over the age of 50 one out of two persons is affected by hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoids symptoms include inflamed veins inside the rectum or in the anus region, itching, cuts in the inflamed veins and bleeding from the cuts, hard lumps caused by coagulated blood in the veins. The hemorrhoids or piles may lead to enduring scars, lumps, or condensed area after the healing during the early stages. Hemorrhoids develop by different processes. Prior to formation of hemorrhoids, there is generally an augmented strain in the anal area veins, for example due to overloaded intestines, constipation, and thereby putting pressure to get hard fecal matter out during visits to toilet or due to recurrent diarrhea. There are valves in the veins putting off the blood from flowing backwards. The augmented force makes the vein segment to enlarge. The blood in the inflamed segment of the vein then coagulates causing a solid lump that obstructs the vein, and then gets contaminated and swollen. Hemorrhoids that are swollen may then get torn and as a result bleeding of the vein starts. After content emptying, the vein heals but may develop an enduring mark. Other times the hemorrhoids content gets dissolved and the healing of the vein starts without breaking, but also now an enduring hardened or thickened vein section may form. Hemorrhoid causes: The causes of hemorrhoids are augmented pressure in the veins of the anus region, like constipation, lazy colon, and sometimes even diarrhea. Hemorrhoids causes are factors causing the above conditions and they include fiber lack in the everyday diet, drinking too less water, lack of daily physical exercise, consuming too less fat etc. Constricting or expanded strain in the anal muscles and the sphincter around the rectum opening seems to limit the blood flow from the anus region back towards the heart and thus also contribute to piles or hemorrhoids. Psychological or nervous processes may cause strain in these muscles. Hemorrhoids are a very common in pregnant women. The stimulation of hormones during pregnancy causes the anal area blood vessels to expand. The fetus weight and the tension caused during childbirth will further cause a noticeable increased strain in the already expanded vessels with piles or hemorrhoids as a result. Heavy lifting or heavy muscular work can enhance the strain in the vessels of the anus region and contribute to hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids also develop due to tissue weakening in the anal region, for example high age, allergies, or inflammation. Cure for hemorrhoids: Sometimes hemorrhoids or piles need medical intervention or surgery. However, in several cases you can do much yourself to alleviate, prevent, or treat the condition. First initially hemorrhoids should be diagnosed and other conditions should be ruled out like digestive diseases, cancer etc. 1. Lifestyle adjustments: Life-style measures to cure or prevent a motionless colon, constipation and an overfilled colon, will also help to cure or prevent hemorrhoids. Such measures are including a high fiber diet, containing whole corn bread, whole corn cereals, fruit and vegetables. Use natural-oils like sunflower oil, olive oil, rape- oil and soy-oil in the food that gives the intestinal content a soft consistency. Drink lots of water and do daily exercise. 2. Digestive function regulation: You can utilize certain natural stuffs to control your functions of digestion and this will also help against hemorrhoids. These include bran added to your diet has high-fiber content, and will excite the intestinal parts to function well and pass its substance more quickly. Seeds of linen will make softer stool so that it travels through the intestines better. 3. Topical ointments or balms: On the market you can find topical ointments to be applied onto the area affected. The ointments contain constituents that go through the skin into the inflamed anal muscles and blood vessels, or are passed through the tissue-fluids upwards in the walls of the intestine. Other constituents remain on the area affected as a lubricating and protecting sheet. The effects of these ingredients are alleviating itching and inflammation, encouraging healing process, cramp release in the rectal muscle, coagulated blood dissolving, killing bacteria that cause infection in the area affected, greasing the end part of the rectum or rectal opening to make the fecal matter pass more easily. 4. Enemas: If the hemorrhoids are caused by hard constipation, a small-enema can help the rectum and colon to empty easily, and also help to treat the hemorrhoids. However, enemas given in bigger level can enhance the intestinal strain and worsen the condition. 4. Treat hemorrhoids with oral medicines: You can also find oral capsules or pills to help against hemorrhoids or piles with the effects of giving the fecal matter a bigger volume so that the intestines manage better to get hold of it and work it through. These pills alleviate cramps and jagged contractions in intestines and also stimulate the effective and regular intestinal contractions. The oral pills give the fecal matter a softer consistency so that it passes more effortlessly through the intestines and rectum opening. These oral medicines also alleviate itching and inflammation and stimulate healing of tissue. So try to detect hemorrhoids at the initial stages and treat it before it gets worse with the above mentioned methods.
